The basics of how quotes, scheduling, and installations work with Mount 305.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared from the information you provide in the quote form and are confirmed once we’ve reviewed your setup. A quote is an estimate for the work described — if the actual conditions differ (for example, a different wall material or mount than described), we’ll discuss any change with you before proceeding. Submitting the form does not by itself book an appointment; your installation is scheduled once the quote is confirmed.
Scheduling
Installation times are arranged with you after your quote is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as you can and we’ll find another time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about your TV, wall, and space.
- For condos, apartments, and rental properties, obtain any approval your property requires before the installation.
- Make sure the installation area is accessible when we arrive.
Mounts and materials
We can install with a mount you provide or help you choose a suitable mount; supply options are confirmed at quote time. Where cable concealment involves in-wall work, suitable in-wall rated materials are used. Our services cover TV mounting and related setup — they do not include electrical work such as installing new outlets.
